Ormolu Mounted Glass Lantern

An Edwardian two part satin etched and cut glass lantern, the ormolu / gilt brass mounts decorated with a ribbon tied laurel band, heavy cast looped gallery and original chain (inc. S-hook). Most likely by Osler. English, early 19th century. Great quality, excellent complete condition. Gilt in excellent condition. Supplied with an antique faded gilt brass hooked ceiling plate (vintage patinated brass slotted screws included). Ready to go; cleaned, full rewire, there are 3 BC lampholders (bulbs fitted and included). 2m exposed fabric flex. Dimensions in inches/cms; Total drop inc. ceiling plate is 44"/113cm . Height of lantern is 16"/42cm (not inc. S-hook or chain). Diameter is 15"/38cm . Weight is 7.0kg.
