Nouveau Moonstone Plafonnier

An excellent quality large and deep moonstone bowl, the brass ring support having large cast nouveau style mounts with floral decoration and ribbon loops, supported by original cut chains and with original decorative 3-hooked ceiling plate. English, early 20th century. All brass parts with original bronzed / coppered patination in superb condition. Ready to go; glass and metalwork cleaned, wired with 1.25m fabric flex, patinated brass cordgrip / BC lampholder. 3-hook ceiling plate complete with cable guide grommet, cord grip (fit above plate) and vintage patinated brass slotted screws. Dimensions in inches/cms; Total drop inc ceiling plate is 40"/102cm . Bowl height is 8.5"/22cm Diameter is 16.25"/41cm inc mounts (bowl only is 14"/35.5cm) . Ceiling plate is 4.75"/12cm diameter.
