Pair Spun Copper Shades

A pair of spun hemispherical copper shades with heavy naturally formed verdigris patination. This pair of unique lights has been formed from a single large antique sphere (possibly of marine or weathervane origin). Great verdigris patina built up over may decades, the insides hand polished and will give a great warm reflected light. Ready to go: wired with 1.5m fabric flex and patinated brass BC lampholders. They have been hung using a brass loop and wire (see images). They will be supplied with copper ferrule crimps to form the loop at the ceiling (if you know the drop i can do this before delivery). Not supplied with ceiling plate and hook or loop but can be supplied if needed. They have been photographed with "golfball" bulbs but can be used with regular BC bulbs, even crown silver ones (for a mainly reflected light). Dimensions in inches/cms; 10"/25.5cm diameter. 6.75"/17cm tall inc. loop. Weight is 0.86kg each. Priced individually.
