Pair Rosewood "Auspicious" Table Lamps

A pair of antique rosewood Chinese / Oriental lamps carved with auspicious characters; the central one being a stylised lu for prosperity, the top and bottom characters are shou for longevity and the top a bat fu also for longevity. Approx early to mid 20th century. Slight difference in bases(see close ups).Very good condition barring minor split + repair to base of one lamp (see close up images). They have been fully dusted / cleaned / finished (using specifically made up restoration fluid). Rewired with 2.5m fabric flex, bronzed patinated safety-switched lampholder, 3amp traditional phenolic plug. Pat tested. Dimensions in inches/cms; 17.5"/44cm tall inc. lampholders.
