Pair Hans Agne Jakobsson Table Lamps

A fine pair of 1960s table lamps by Hans Agne Jakobsson (for Markaryd, Sweden, model B44) made from turned and painted beech (original ivory paint) with brass "tray" bases. This pair in great order (few tiny paint marks) and both with original labels to the bases. These have been carefully cleaned, waxed (museum microcrystalline wax), and rewired with 2.5m fabric flex, patinated brass safety-switched lampholder and traditional phenolic plug. Pat tested. Dimensions in inches/cms; 14.25"/36cm inc. lampholders. 4.375"/11cm base diameter. Approx. 1kg each.
