Large Brass Students Lamp

A good antique brass students lamp with large loop handle (stamped K), original patina / finish and moulded circular brass (cast iron weighted) base. English, 1920s. Very good, complete, stands straight and fully adjustable; the shade arm adjusts up and down and around the stem using the oringinal thumb/wingnut. Shade also adjusts up and down using the "knuckle joint" and knurled thumb screw. Rewired with 3.25m fabric flex, original switched lampholder and traditional original plug. Earthed. Comes with antique ruffled edge satin shade. Dimensions in inches/cms; 22.25"/56.5cm tall. 6.5"/16.25cm base diameter. 3.7kg.
