Scottish Antique Light

An interesting and quite possibly unique double armed wooden light fitting from Scotland with a Japanese flavour. Florally decorated in gilt highlighted painted composition (good condition largely- few losses to one side). Original hanging loop and S hook. Cleaned and waxed. Rewired with 1.5m (exposed) havana gold fabric flex and two new patinated brass BC lampholders. Approx early 20th century. Matched up with a pair of similarly aged handblown coolie shades. Dimensions in inches/cms; 20.5"/52cm wide (16"/41cm wide not including shades). 11.5"/28.5cm tall inc. loop. 1.25kg.
