18 foot wide oak display cabinet
An antique (approx Edwardian) oak glazed display cabinet from the Manchester School of Medicine.Made by J.Hunter and Co.Ltd (plaques attached) With a moulded cornice,diagonally crossed glazing bars to the eight doors supported by 10 spade feet. In good condition with all original glass intact.It has 10 solid oak shelves and 6 later glass shelves, the top of the centre two carcases have been drilled for light fittings.Will need screwing to the wall and minor remedial work to reinstate. Dimensions in inches(cms) or feet (metres) if stated; 5.4 metres wide,approx 18 feet 1.98 mtres tall, 6.5 feet Shelves are 7(18) deep by 52.5(133)wide by 7/8(20mm) thick Max depth 10/26.
