cantilevered cast iron and pine desk

A clever cast iron cantilever supported desk from the reign of Edward V111.(marked D&D, V111 1936 etc) Probably ex post office. It has a cast iron string reel holder and guide which could be removed if wanted. Can be supplied as is or with a little polish to the legs which have quite nice faded paint. The top is original but it would be possible to replace / resize it. Dimensions in inches/cms; top is 43/109 x 22.5/57 height is 29.25/74.5 SOLD - i have a second desk base with cast iron cantilevered supports of a different design)
