art nouveau cast iron surround 2

A handsome art nouveau cast iron surround with inset floral panels to the moulded frieze and original wood grained finish.Good, heavy quality, intact. There are two other surrounds from the same Blackburn pub propert and a pair of inserts which fit this surround. ( see other ads) Dimensions in inches/cms; Shelf is 61/155 by 10.75/27 deep, body is 53/135 wide, height is 55.75/141.5. Opening is 37.5" wide by 37.75" high ie 38x38" insert.
